Sam is a member of the Contra Costa Sheriff's Posse and past Commissioner of the Contra Costa Human Service Commission and serves on various other charities and organizations through the East Bay Area. Both Sam and his wife, Christina are involved in local services and charities.

Sam moved with his parents to Walnut Creek at the age of 7 years old and graduated from a local High School. He moved to Southern California, completed college, and then moved to New York City to sharpen his business skills. Sam's uncle, a home builder in South Florida asked Sam to join his company thus starting his passion for real estate.

Sam continues to reach the top levels of success; with closed sales in the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. Besides the designations from his own company, the real estate industry has awarded him with several complimentary awards that show his dedication to the industry.
